Ingredients:
For Marination : Lemon Juice and Garlic Paste : 2+2 Table Spoon
Chicken :1 KG
Oil - Half Cup
Fresh Cream : 250 Grams
Yogurt ; 250 Grams
Chat Masala : 1 Table Spoon
Black Pepper Powder : 1 Table Spoon
Garm Masala : 1 Table SPoon
Salt : As per taste
Koila : For Smoke
Dry Fenugreek Leaves : 2 Table Spoon
Method To Cook:
First Of All marinate chicken with lemon juice and garlic paste and keep it for 1 hours
then slightly fry dry Fenugreek leaves in a pan. keep steering it when you feel smell of fenugreek leave just remove from pan
then proceed to further cooking chicken
